Enthusiasts regularly report hitting mid-260s with speed limiters removed and enough straight tarmac. The Fairlady Z name dates back to the 1960s and is legendary in Japanese racing lore. The Z33 chassis is so balanced it’s used as a base in Formula Drift competitions. Its twin-exhaust growl is one of the best stock notes in the JDM world.
