What are your business hours for pick-up and return?
Pick-up and return are available from 10:00 to 19:00. If you return the car after 19:00, an extra hour fee applies, charged at double the normal extension fee.

Location: Osaka Shinsaibashi.
Reception: On the 2nd floor of the Authentic Experts shop. (Look for Japan Drive Legends.)

What is the fuel policy?
“Full to Full” means the car will be given to you with a full tank, and you must return it with a full tank. If the tank is not full upon return, refueling charges will apply.
Is mileage limited?
No. All rentals come with unlimited mileage.
What insurance or coverage is included?
Collision Damage Waiver and Third Party Liability are included.
What are the cancellation terms?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the rental date. From 7 days before departure: 100% of the scheduled basic fee is charged.
